Just Sharing Some Thoughts

You know those times when you catch something so cute...and you wish you just had a camera permanently attached to your hand because you know it will be over before you get the camera? Well I've had a couple of those lately. Last night it was awful quiet so I walked into the living room to check things out. Brad and Jake were cuddled up on the living room floor watching "Finding Nemo." It was precious. Then tonight when we got home Lijiah went running up the stairs yelling "Dad, help me with my homework please!!" So Brad and Lij sat at the kitchen table learning all there was to learn about Kindergarten homework.

I am continually surprised at how much Lij is learning in school. He is getting to be such a good reader. It's awesome. He loves going to school. Hopefully that attitude continues through college. Lijiah always tells me "guess what?" I say "what?" He says "I love you." It's just plain precious. He is such a sweet and smart boy. I am convinced everyday that he saved me from myself all those years ago. I shudder to think what my life would be like without him.

Jacob is such a charmer. He has a smile that could melt a heart of steel. He loves to cuddle and he loves to wrestle. He is learning so much at "school." It's actually daycare, but he calls it school. And whatever makes him happy to be there in the morning is what makes me happy.

I love my little guys. I'm greatful every day that I have them in my life.

So I've been battling with the blogging thing. Trying to make it format like I want to. Today I gave up and let Jamie fix it for me. And she is a NINJA!!!! She made it look just like I wanted it. Thanks Jamie!!!!
